Can you tell me why the Pampers diapers I am using have suddenly started to leak? I have used Pampers for many months, but now find that after changing my baby, he/she is soaking wet one hour later.
We are very sorry to hear that you?ve had a problem with our product, and it is of great concern to us that you did not get the outstanding absorbency and comfort we would expect. A leaking diaper is often the sign that you need to move up one size. It is therefore important to make sure you are using the most suitable size and type for your baby. All babies are different shapes, even if they are the same weight and therefore our diaper sizes overlap. It might be worth trying a different diaper i.e. if you are using a Baby-Dry, your baby might be better suited to a Premium or vice versa. To help you, take a look at the Pampers size and weight ranges in our Products pages.

When I changed my baby this morning, I noticed a gel like substance on the diaper. What is this and is it harmful?
The gel like substance you have noticed is what we call absorbent gelling material and it should be contained within the core of the diaper. This gelling material is there to absorb urine, and in its dry state, it is like a sugar/salt grain, but when it becomes wet, it turns to a gel. You might find this happens when the diaper has been particularly wet but it should not come out of the diaper. We would like to reassure you that it has been carefully tested and it is not harmful to your baby in any way. You should find that it washes easily off your baby's skin.

I have a beautiful baby, who I'm sure would be great in your Pampers adverts. Who should I contact about this?
We recruit babies and children for our Pampers adverts through various agencies only. We suggest that you register your baby with appropriate agencies who may be able to give you more specific advice.

I'm having difficulty finding stocks of the Pampers I usually buy, even though I can see from your website that you still make them. Can you tell me which shops stock the full pampers range?
The Pampers range is available to all stores to order from us, but it is at the discretion of the store to choose what they stock. If you are unable to find stocks, we suggest you talk to your store manager to see if they could order some for you.
